The acorn-fed Iberian tenderloin is an exclusive product of Señorio de Montanera. It is made with 100% acorn-fed Iberian pigs following a traditional formula: garlic and salt, light touches of garlic and pepper, and no paprika so as not to mask the distinctive acorn flavour.

It’s renowned for its pure and uniform cut with virtually no fat whatsoever. Due to its diameter, two pieces are stuffed together, with a technique similar to the elaboration of the folded loin, so that once cured it has a greater diameter and juiciness.

The singularity of its flavour, natural and pure acorn, never ceases to amaze even the most seasoned gourmet palates. Its light layer of pure Iberian pork fat provides succulence, inhibits oxidation and slows the curing process.
