The Señorio de Montanera Iberian shoulder ham is made from 100% Iberian pigs reared in their own dehesas and fed with acorns during the montanera season. Those reared in Extremadura are also certified by the prestigious Protected Designation of Origin "Dehesa de Extremadura", which is a seal of guarantee of its extraordinary quality.

Black hoof, intense red lean pork; of particular note is the smooth and succulent marbled fat. The weight of a 100% Iberian shoulder ham ranges between 4 and 6 kg.
