Organic Acorn-Fed Iberico Loin
The Señorio de Montanera organic Iberico Loin is produced from a traditional Extremadura recipe in a completely natural and artisanal manner, no additives or artificial preservatives. Made from acorn-fed 100% Iberian pigs raised freely in pastures that are certified as organic farms, whose production helps preserve the environment.
Lacking external fat, the organic acorn-fed Iberico Loin appears red yet slightly purple when cut; with a sculpted vein of infiltrated fat that renders it tremendously juicy. Its intense aroma reflects the purest values of the Dehesa of Extremadura. Its natural flavour also radiates a strong acorn taste, persisting in the mouth with excellent quality.
