The Señorio de Montanera organic cured loin is produced from a traditional Extremadura recipe in a completely natural and artisanal manner, no additives or artificial preservatives. Made from 100% acorn-fed Iberian pigs raised freely in pastures that are certified as organic farms, whose production helps preserve the environment.
Lacking external fat, the organic acorn-fed Iberian loin appears red yet slightly purple when cut; with a sculpted vein of infiltrated fat that renders it tremendously juicy. Its intense aroma reflects the purest values of the oak forest. Its natural flavour also radiates a strong acorn taste, persisting in the mouth with excellent quality.
