Acorn-fed 100% iberico ham
The Señorio de Montanera pure Iberian ham is made from 100% Iberian pigs reared in their own dehesas and fed with acorns during the montanera season. Those reared in Extremadura are also certified by the prestigious Protected Designation of Origin "Dehesa de Extremadura", which is a seal of guarantee of its extraordinary quality.
Our production methods and processes are purely artisanal and based on the trade passed down from generation to generation. A slow maturation for over four years at the mercy of the silence of the cellars and natural drying rooms refines the flavour and aroma, yielding a remarkably exquisite gourmet product.
