Acorn-fed iberico coppa

The Iberian coppa of Señorio de Montanera is made with the tip of the 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork loin, a piece which surrounds the presa. After discovering this exquisite product in Italy made from the white pig, we decided to make it with our excellent raw material, pure Iberian acorn-fed pigs, combined with our knowledge of artisan production.

On cutting, it has an intense red colour, with a very marked marbled appearance due to its exceptional mottling of fat. Its aroma is similar to that of the presa, and its flavour intense and lasting.

Further Details

The results are exceptional, with a little more interlayered fat than the presa (or lomito), which makes it even more succulent.
