Acorn-fed Iberico Coppa

The Señorio de Montanera Iberico Coppa is made with the tip of the acorn-fed 100% Iberico pork loin, a piece which surrounds the Shoulder Presa. After discovering this exquisite product in Italy made from the white pig, we decided to make it with our excellent raw material, pure Iberian acorn-fed pigs, combined with our knowledge of artisan production.

On cutting, it has an intense red colour, with a very marked marbled appearance due to its exceptional mottling of fat. Its aroma is similar to that of the Shoulder Presa Iberica, and its flavour intense and lasting.

Further Details

The results are exceptional, with a little more interlayered fat than the Shoulder Presa Iberica (Iberico Lomito), which makes it even more succulent.
