Made with selected lean bits of acorn-fed 100% Iberian pork, chopped and marinated which are cured and then stuffed in a natural casing. The drying period of over four months fine tunes its particular aroma and flavour.
Its aroma and flavour are wide-ranging and intense, with a distinctive aroma of paprika and lighter hints of garlic. Its texture renders an exquisite juiciness thanks to the natural intramuscular fat of the pure Iberian sausages, which provide exceptional palatability.
